Meyda Lighting Warranty

Meyda Tiffany warrants your product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for (1) one year. If you discover a defect in our product, we will repair using new components or replace the fixture. Decision
to repair or replace is at the manufacturer’s sole discretion. Exclusions: This warranty covers defects in manufacturing while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss or
theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning or natural disasters. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear such as sockets and switches, nor changes in coloration from cleaning agents, sunlight or weathering over time.

Zeev Lighting Warranty: 

Zee Lighting warrants that our products are free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of shipment from our factory. Any such defective products will be repaired or replaced, at the option of the company provided a written claim that contains reference to original purchase is made within the warranty period. The company will not accept charges for labor, repair costs or transportation charges incurred without prior authorization from our factory. The responsibility of the company for any defective material is limited solely to the replacement or repair of the material and does not include incidental or consequential damages which may have occurred. No warranty, expressed or implied exists other than the ones indicated above. No person, agent or distributor is authorized to present, in any form, any other warranty on behalf of the company.

Parrot Uncle:

Limited lifetime warranty
Parrot Uncle provides this limited warranty to the original purchaser of this ceiling fan and light fixture in the original installation location.
What does this warranty cover?
Motor: If your ceiling fan motor fails due to defects in material or workmanship while you own the fan, as determined solely by Parrot Uncle, Parrot Uncle will provide you with a replacement fan free of charge. *The above limited warranty applies only to the motor itself and does not apply to electronic controls used with the motor, such as remote control transmitters, remote control receivers or capacitors.
Other: One Year Limited Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in this warranty, if any part of your Parrot Uncle ceiling fan or light fixture fails due to a defect in material or workmanship at any time within one year from the date of purchase, as determined solely by Parrot Uncle, Parrot Uncle will provide it free of charge Replacement parts are charged. 
Light Kit: Warranty may vary
The light kit is covered by a one-year limited warranty.However, you may qualify for additional warranty cover- age if your fan includes: LED Light Kit Module - One Year Limited Warranty. If your LED light kit module or LED bulb (excluding glass components) fails due to a defect in material or workmanship at any time within one year from the date of purchase, as determined solely by Parrot Uncle, Parrot Uncle will provide a replacement free of charge.
What is not covered by this warranty?
Labour exclusion: This warranty does not cover any costs or expenses (including electrician fees) associated with labor required to install, remove or replace the fan or any fan component. Remote control batteries are not warranted;Fans purchased or installed outside the United States; fans owned by someone other than the original purchaser; fans for which proof of purchase has not been established; fans purchased from unauthorized dealers; ordinary wear and tear; minor Cosmetic defects; refurbished fans; fans damaged by any of the following: improper installation, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, failure to follow parrot uncle instructions, accidental damage by fan owner or related parties, fan modification, improper maintenance or incorrect or repaired, inappropriate voltage supply or surge, use of inappropriate parts or accessories, failure to provide fan maintenance or force majeure (e.g. flooding).

THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR CLAIMS OF ANY KIND RELATING TO THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN. Parrot Uncle shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from product failure, whether due to breach of warranty, breach of contract or otherwise.

Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose applicable to this product are limited to the extent of the applicable limited warranty above.

How to get warranty service? Proof of purchase is required when applying for warranty service. The original purchaser must present a sales receipt or other document proving proof of purchase.
