Refunds and Returns

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage or missing parts you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@exploreserenity.com within 24 hours and we will process a claim on your behalf. Claims will not be honored if reported more than 48 hours after the receipt of goods. 

Refunds and Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your order you can submit a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@exploreserenity.com if you're dissatisfied with your order you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. Returns must be sent back in the original packaging with all parts. Some items may be subject to a re-stocking fee depending on brand.

DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION

Cancellations:

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
